Candy Canes

This little project is actually an idea from the November $20 challenge. Pastor Younger bought a tub of 80 candy canes for $20 and started selling them for $1. Since December is the perfect time to be selling candy canes, we thought it'd be a good idea to continue the canes.

For December, Pastor decided to include fruit flavored candy canes because one of our youth students said that he would definitely buy some if the candy canes were not peppermint flavored. Sure enough, the addition was a hit. The remaining peppermint candy canes sadly sat in the tub while their funky fruity friends were being whisked away. Although the peppermint candy canes became less popular in the end, the peppermint and fruity candy canes made a great team and brought in a profit of $180. Praise the Lord!
